Price Match Guarantee Policy

We know that nobody likes being ripped off, so we put a lot of effort into making sure we have the lowest pricing possible online. We will reimburse the difference in your initial payment if you find another online retailer with a cheaper price than us.

We guarantee the lowest online price on all our products.

Within six months of the date of your order, send us an email with a link to the identical product on our website or a competitor's website, and we'll process your partial refund request.

There is a small print to our Price Match Guarantee:

• You must make the purchase on our website in order to use the Price Match Guarantee.
• The item price and delivery costs are covered by the Price Match Guarantee, however VAT is not included.
• The product must be in stock on the retailer's website.
• The retailer must operate an internet-only business; a physical presence invalidates the Price Match Guarantee.
• The website cannot be an auction or bargain retailer (such as eBay etc.).
• Refund claims DO NOT INCLUDE unique, yearly specials like Christmas, January or Black Friday/Cyber Monday sales.
• The rival must be a licensed retailer of the concerned goods.
