At ZenLuxeHome, we offer FREE shipping on all orders within the Mainland U.K. We believe in a hassle-free and transparent shipping process, without any hidden fees or complications.

Order Confirmation: Once you place your order, you'll receive an order confirmation email, confirming that we've received your order and pre-authorised your debit/credit card for the purchase.

To ensure a seamless experience, we promptly check the availability of your selected items. If any item is on back-order or unavailable, we'll void the pre-authorisation and reach out to you via email to discuss alternate arrangements.

For items in stock and ready for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we'll process the charges and start preparing your order.

Order Shipment: If your order is in stock and the charges have been processed, it will be shipped as per the delivery timescale on the individual product page. As all our suppliers have differing lead times, the shipping date will vary dependent on the product purchased. If you are unsure about any delivery time scales please don't hesitate to contact us on 0333 090 8043.

To keep you informed, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse. This email will be sent to the provided email address during checkout.

Damages: We kindly request you to carefully inspect the packaging of your items upon delivery. If you notice any damage, please make a note of it while signing for the delivery or refuse to accept the package.

If you accept the delivery, please immediately capture photos of the damaged packaging or products using your smartphone or camera.

If your items arrive damaged, please send the photos to benjamin@zenluxehome.co.uk. You can also visit our Returns page to initiate your return claim online.
